Islamabad:
The Constitutional Bank of the Supreme Court issued its written order on Thursday with respect to the withdrawal of two judicial orders issued on January 13 and 16.
The Order declared that the Committees of Judges constituted by virtue of article 191a (4) and section 2 (1) of the Law of the Supreme Court (practice and procedure) were the legal and constitutional forums to determine which bank would hear what matters what matters .
The written order said that the exercise of powers and the performance of the legal and constitutional functions by the SC and CB committees did not affect the judicial functions of any bank.
