A local court in Karachi on Wednesday ordered the investigating officer to present the final challan in the case of drug possession that involves Sahir Hasan, son of the renowned actor Sajid Hasan, within six days.
South Judicial Magistrate, Shehzad Khawaja, issued the order during an hearing held in the Judicial Complex in the central prison of Karachi. The case refers to the supposed recovery of narcotics of Sahir Hasan earlier this year.
During today’s procedures, the prison authorities presented the defendant to the magistrate, while the police presented an interim challan corrected during the session.
The judge instructed the investigative officer to finish the case and present the full Challan before April 22. The court also ordered that the defendant be produced again on the same date.
Police officials informed the court that Sahir Hasan remains in custody of judicial prison.
Sahir, who has worked as a model and actor, was arrested for drug possession charges, and the police recovered narcotics worth the value of RS50 million of him.
The researchers claim that he had been involved in drug distribution for at least two years.
In addition, according to Siu Police, Sahir Hasan revealed that both Mustafa Amir and his alleged murderer Armughan used to buy drugs.
The researchers revealed that on January 2, Mustafa Amir acquired two grams of drugs from Sahir Hasan on credit. Later, on January 15, Arosughan and Shiraz visited him and bought an ounce of drugs worth RS350,000.
During the investigation, Sahir revealed an extensive drug trafficking network. According to Siu officials, the suspect revealed that drugs originate in Colombia and are smuggled in Pakistan through California.
They arrive in Islamabad and Lahore through messaging services. Two brothers, who operate through the dark website, orchestrate these shipments and coordinate deliveries in Pakistan. One of its cousins ​​facilitates the final distribution in Karachi.
