Jui-F Leader wants to implement Sharia’s law in fused districts

Wana:

Jamiat Ulema-E-Islam Fazl (JUI-F) Senior Mufti Kifayatullah has demanded the application of Sharia’s law in the fused districts and ordered his followers who referred to the Taliban killed in their fight against the military as “Shaheed.”

While heading to a meeting of religious figures and the public in the Koran of Madrassa Jamia Tehsil in Tehsil Shakai, Kifayatullah said that the Taliban or militants would leave their weapons and become a militia of the State if the Sharia law was applied in the fused districts.

“The Taliban have made great sacrifices for Islam and Islamic values. If the Government could tolerate FCR in the fused districts for seven decades, why can’t modify the Constitution and announce the law of Sharia in these districts?” Kifayatullah added.

He assured the Government that they would force the Taliban not to press for the application of Sharia throughout the country, in Khyber -Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit -Baltistan, Punjab, Sindh or Baluchistan, since they knew that the establishment would not tolerate such demand.

“We do not want more bloodshed, or a single shot, and we demand that our generals announce Sharia in the fused districts,” Kifayatullah said.

“Pakistani security forces are Muslim, and we don’t have a fight with them. But we are not satisfied with the policies of generals who have brought disturbances to the country,” he added.
