Julia Stiles recently became sincere about her secret struggles with messy diet after weight gain pressure.
The 44 -year -old American actress, who shares three children with her husband, Preston Cook, appeared in the last episode of How to fail with Elizabeth Day, Where she revealed her relationship with food and she herself began to heal after hugging motherhood.
