Justin Baldoni reveals video that Blake Lively claimed was inappropriate

Justin Baldoni responds to Blake Lively’s claim that she was shown an inappropriate video

Justin Baldoni responded to Blake Lively’s claims that a producer aligned with him showed her an inappropriate video while working on Finish with us.

In his lawsuit against The New York Times, Justin and producer James Heath attached an image from the video in question, which shows Heath’s wife giving birth.

In her lawsuit, Lively’s lawyer stated: “To add insult to injury, Mr. Heath approached Ms. Lively and her assistant on set and began playing a video of a completely naked woman with her legs spread. Ms Lively thought he was showing her pornography and stopped him. “Mr Heath explained that the video showed his wife giving birth.”

Her lawyer added: “Mrs. Lively became alarmed and asked Mr. Heath if his wife knew he was sharing the video, to which he responded, “She’s not weird about this stuff,” as if Ms. Lively was weird for not welcoming him. Ms. Lively and her assistant apologized, stunned that Mr. Heath had shown them a nude video.”

In his refutation of the Gossip Girl Following the star’s claim, the duo’s lawyer wrote: “The Times compounded its journalistic failures by uncritically presenting Lively’s unfounded claims of sexual harassment against Heath and Baldoni. For example, the article, based on Lively’s article [complaint]sensationally alleges that ‘Mr. Heath had shown [Lively] a video of his wife naked’, with Lively’s image [complaint] Even labeling the images as pornography.” This statement is patently absurd. “The video in question was a (non-pornographic) recording of Heath’s wife and baby during a home birth, a deeply personal one with no sexual overtones.”

The lawyer added: “The video was shown to Lively as part of a creative discussion in preparation for a birth scene in the film. Heath informed Lively that his wife was allowing him to show the video. “Any suggestion that Heath participated in the display of pornography or inappropriate content is false.”
