Justin Baldoni takes an impressive step after his lawsuit against Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds was dismissed by a judge.
In a change of legal strategy, the Jane the Virgin Star has decided not to amend his demand of $ 400 million against Lively and her husband.

“The discovery is proceeding and we are sure that we will prevail against these accusations without foundation,” the statement added.
The lawyer revealed that Baldoni, “instead of reviewing existing claims, will seek additional legal options available for us.”
As for Lively, his spokesman said: “The court dismissed the frivolous demand of $ 400 million in Baldoni-Wayfarer in its entirety.”
“On the days that followed, Baldoni’s lawyer said that the judge’s decision to dismiss his case was not a big problem, since they promised to amend it and refilar.
“As usual, that was not true. The dismissal of the Court of Baldoni’s demand was a total victory after all.”
