Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni’s legal fight is getting more complicated as the latter responds head-on to a key allegation from his co-star.

Against this, Justin’s lawyer, Bryan Freedman, released ten minutes of raw footage from the scene to respond to his sexual harassment allegations.
“Ms. Lively’s complaint alleges that during a scene that Mr. Baldoni and Ms. Lively were filming for a slow dance montage, Mr. Baldoni was behaving inappropriately,” her legal team began.
“The following videos captured on May 23, 2023 clearly refute Ms. Lively’s characterization of her behavior. The scene in question was designed to show the two characters falling in love and longing to be close to each other,” they continued.
“Both actors are clearly behaving well within the scope of the scene and with mutual respect and professionalism. These are the three filmed takes of the sequence.”
In the scene, the couple laughed and joked about various things, which Justin’s legal team claimed, contrary to what Blake described in his filing.
Not to mention, the clip also showed the mother of four apparently suggesting that her co-star get nose surgery, which she mentioned in her $400 million lawsuit against the actress.
“While on the one hand, Lively accuses Baldoni of making comments about her appearance, on the other, she made derogatory comments about Baldoni’s appearance, telling him that he should undergo rhinoplasty (a nose job), something about which Baldoni has publicly expressed his insecurities and discussed in an episode of his podcast, ‘Man Enough’, exploring the topic of body dysmorphia.
“Lively’s comment about Baldoni’s nose is also captured on camera. Baldoni, instead of writing a list of complaints against Lively, ignored it and moved on with the scene,” Justin’s claim concluded.
