We may have a confrontation of Sunday singles already accumulated for the Ryder Cup.
Justin Rose of England defeated the current champion of the United States Open, JJ Spaun, in a sudden playoffs of death in the St. Jude championship to begin the Playoffs of the Fedex Cup.
To get to the playoffs, Rose took four of his last five holes: he also pointed out two of the three playoff holes.
After Rose Birdied for the second time in the playoff, he celebrated with an emphatic fist bomb. Spaun’s seven feet slide down the left edge, giving Rose the victory.

The classification table had been stacked: Tommy Fleetwood had a part of the afternoon leadership, along Wih Scottie Scheffler, but Fleetwood Bogeywood 17 to miss the playoff for a blow. Scheffler also ended third at -15.
The Chants of “USA” sounded through the multitude of Memphis in TPC Southwind, since both golfers now go to Bethpage Black next month, ensuring automatic offers. It will be the first Ryder Cup in Span, while Rose will be in her seventh place of the last eight events.

“An incredible last past 90 minutes,” Rose said. “I played an incredible golf in the final stretch. When I bring the best of me, I know that I am good enough to play and compete, and now win against the best players in the world. Very rewarding day for me.”
Spaun showed Moxie a lot on his own. He made a 20 -foot putt Birdie in hole 17 to reach a part of the advantage and closed with a 65. He also made a 30 -foot putt Birdie in the second extra hole with a tight rose.
“I hung there the best I could, and he won the hole first. I was simply not destined to be,” said Spaun, who locked a place in his first Ryder Cup.

The BMW Championship next week now presents the Top-50 in the Fedex Cup classification (Spaun and Rose occupy the third and fourth place, respectively, behind Scheffler and Rory Mcilroy).
