The Baltimore Ravens faced a violent reaction on Monday for their statement about the decision to free the kicking All-Pro Tucker in the midst of the multiple accusations of inappropriate sexual behavior against him.
Eric Decosta, executive vice president of the Ravens and general manager, said the team “made the difficult decision” to free Tucker.

“Justin created many significant and unforgettable moments in the history of the Ravens. His reliability, focus, impulse, resistance and extraordinary talent made him one of the best kickers in the league for more than a decade,” Decosta said.
“We are grateful for Justin’s many contributions while we play for the Ravens. We sincerely wish him his family the best in this next chapter of his lives.”

“I maintain that I do not act inappropriately at any time before, during or after a professional body treatment session, nor have they told me that I am not welcome in any massage therapy provider. These statements are simply not true,” he said in February.
