The motorcyclist’s sister requested an apology on the scene, but her requests were ignored, Express News said.
A video of the incident circulated on social networks, which shows the man slapping the motorcyclist without an apparent provocation.
In addition to the physical attack, both the motorcyclist and his sister faced verbal humiliation, and the motorcyclist apologized repeatedly in vain.
The assailant continued his actions despite his pleas, degrading the victim even more.
According to the Senior Police Superintendent (SSP), the police have identified the suspect responsible for the assault. Efforts are being made to locate it, since the police have raided their office, which is currently closed.
The SSP also confirmed that the family had not yet filed an official complaint, although it declared that the search for the family continued, and the raids were carried out in several places to stop the suspect.
