Kate Middleton will do everything in her power to fill the void for her husband Prince William, who misses his mother Princess Diana and brother Prince Harry on Christmas Day.
According to a latest report, the Princess of Wales is making a special effort to support William during the Christmas season, knowing how much he misses his loved ones.
A close friend of the princess told her Nearest magazine that Kate will visit her parents and siblings, including Pippa and James, and their families.
However, before she heads to her side of the family, she will make sure she and her children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, spend quality time with the Prince of Wales.
After the royal family’s Church of St. Mary Magdalene, the Welsh will enjoy a traditional feast and an exchange of small, thoughtful gifts.
“The public walk to the church brings up a lot of emotions because of the support the public has given her during her health crisis,” the friend told the publication.
The royal family will open the gifts, the friend revealed, adding: “The gifts for the family, including Charles, are never anything big, just things like socks with the faces of their beloved dogs on them. Thoughtful and fun gifts.”
Additionally, they shared that before heading to her parents’ house, “Kate tries to be there for William even more during the holidays, when she knows he misses his mother and now his brother.”
Before concluding, the source shared that Kate loves celebrating Christmas with everyone in her family. “She will never take another holiday season with her family for granted.”
