The open receiver of the Dallas Cowboys, Kavontae Turpin, was arrested in Texas for charges of marijuana and weapons on Saturday.
The rapid recipient and return of Dallas faces a couple of charges for minor crimes after being arrested and reserved in the Collin County prison, according to Dallas’s morning news.
Turpin faces possession of marijuana and illegal transport of a weapon, both being minor crimes in Texas. The prison also confirms that Turpin was released from jail on Sunday.

There are no more details about the Turpin incident or if you will face any discipline of the cowboys or the NFL.
This is not the first time that Turpin deals with legal problems outside the field, since he was expelled from his team of frogs with TCU horns due to assault positions, which declared himself guilty in the university.

Turpin ended up without leaving the University, where he played in several leagues before landing with the cowboys in 2022.

He ended up finding a solid house there, winning two Pro Bowl settlements during his three seasons, most of which were due to his ability to make magic happen in special equipment.
It was a first-team all-Rro last season after totaling a total of 904 yards back in the league in kicks with a touchdown. He also had a return of clearing and 187 yards in those kicks last season.
Turpin can also provide a break speed when Dak Prescott gets the ball, transporting 31 receptions for 420 yards with two touchdowns.
