Princess of Wales Kate Middleton has shared her true feelings after presenting the Queen Elizabeth II prize for British design to Patrick McDowell.
Taking to social networks handles, Kensington’s palace, on behalf of Kate Middleton, shared a video with a sincere message from the princess.
Kate Middleton’s message says: “Honor present the Queen Elizabeth II award for British design to Patrick McDowell.
“A great good for Patrick, whose bold and sustainable vision is helping to shape the future of British fashion. Its commitment to creativity, community and circular design is really inspiring.”
The Future Queen presented the Queen Elizabeth II Award for British design at the British Fashion Council in downtown London, during an event to celebrate the impact of British creative young people and the prosperous fashion industry of the United Kingdom, and recognize designers who are leading the path in sustainable practices and have a positive impact on the environment.
First presented by Queen Elizabeth II at London Fashion Week in 2018, the prize began in recognition of the role played by British design and fashion in the country’s culture and trade.
Every year, the prize is given to an emerging British fashion designer who shows exceptional talent and originality, while demonstrating value for the community and strong sustainable policies.
