The sports community has recovered around the star of the Diamondbacks of Arizona, Ketel Mars, after a fan made him cry with derogatory comments about his late mother during the team’s 4-1 victory over the Chicago White Sox in the field of the rate on Tuesday.
The fan who made the cruel comments to Mars was expelled from the game and was prohibited indefinitely to attend all MLB stages indefinitely, a source familiar with the situation confirmed to Pak Gazette Digital.
Mars, 31, let himself be cry after the fan shouted derogatory comments about his late mother, Elpidia Valdez, who died in a car accident in the Dominican Republic in 2017.

During the game of the Diamondbacks-White socks on Wednesday, the white socks showed a message of support on their scoreboard during the Marsat’s bat in the first post.
“Baseball is a family: the community of the White Sox supports Ketel Marte,” the message said.
The official MLB account in X also published a message in support of Mars.

The New York Knicks star, Karl-Anthony Towns, also resorted to social networks to express their support for Mars.
The cities, like Mars, lost their mother and can sympathize with what Mars happened. Jackie Cruz-Towns died due to the complications of COVID-19 in April 2020.
MLB fans also went to social networks to show their support for Mars.
The Diamondbacks won the first two games in their series against the White Sox, but could not complete the sweep since the White Sox won 7-3 on Wednesday.

Mars was 0-4 in defeat, but it is in the middle of another outstanding season for diamondbacks. The two-time All-Star, in 54 games, has an average bat of .313 with 15 homers and 32 ranges.
