Defense Minister Khawaja Asif warned about another possible Indian misfortune, saying that Pakistan would respond strongly if it was caused.
Talk with Geographical news On Wednesday, Asif said that Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi was politically cornered and could take impulsive measures due to the growing pressure and decrease in political capital.
“If Modi makes a reckless movement for despair, Pakistan will respond decisively, and there will be global consequences,” Asif said.
The Minister of Defense declared that in the case of greater escalation, even the allies of India can refrain from supporting Modi’s actions.
“There was no external pressure on Pakistan to accept the fire,” he added. “The United States and other friendly countries were on board and supported the idea, so we agreed.”

Asif said that Pakistan exercised restriction for four days, hoping that India would be right. “Our victory is multidimensional. This was the first conflict in which the cyber war played a key role. Indian’s digital infrastructure was paralyzed during cyber operations,” he said.
He also declared that Pakistan’s international perceptions have changed. “Those who did not take us seriously now look at us with respect,” he said, saying that Pakistan knocked down five Indian planes and one UAV during the recent conflict with India.
On the subject of Kashmir, the Minister of Defense commented that India had shown a certain willingness to participate. “For the first time, India seems ready to discuss the issue of Kashmir, which in itself is a diplomatic success for Pakistan,” he said.

Asif’s statement occurs after a high and immediate fire between India and Pakistan was announced on May 10, after days of greater military exchanges that took the two nuclear armed neighbors to the edge of the war.
The announcement was made for the first time by the president of the United States, Donald Trump, and then confirmed by Pakistan Prime Minister, Shehbaz Sharif, the Vice Prime Minister Ishaq Dar, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of India, S Jaishankar and the Secretary of State of the United States, Marco Rubio.
