Islamabad:
Tehreek-E-Tahafuz leader Ain-E-Pakistan, Mustafa Nawaz Khokhar, presented on Thursday a petition before the Supreme Court in search of the formation of a bank of the complete court in the 26th constitutional amendment.
The petition requested that the majority decision of the Practice and Procedure Committee of October 31 be implemented, while the administrative decision regarding the non -implementation of the committee’s decision is declared void and without effect.
The 26th amendment introduced important reforms in the Judiciary, including the regulation of the SUOU Powers of SC.
