King Charles and Prince William fight over Beatrice and Eugenia develops

King Charles’ latest decision regarding Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie confused and revealed the shift in power behind the palace walls.

Previously, it was reported that the sisters had been asked not to join the royals at this year’s Royal Ascot event.

They also celebrated Easter with their own families away from the spotlight.

But sources revealed that the York family daughters will appear at the racecourse despite the heat of the Epstein scandal.

Royal author Andrew Lownie believes King Charles has been sending “mixed signals” in the ongoing Beatrice and Eugenie saga.

According to the MirrorHe said, “They’re banned at Royal Ascot, they’re banned at Easter and suddenly now they’re coming to Ascot.”

Citing another royal commentator, Tom Skyes, Lownie noted that the decision to allow Beatrice and Eugenie to come to Royal Ascot showed Prince William’s “dominant” side.

It has been said that the Prince and Princess of Wales will not be skipping Easter, but they are not big fans of Ascot.

Lownie explained: “Tom Sykes has pointed out that the Easter ban shows the King’s waning power in the face of an increasingly dominant William.”

He added: “This may well be the case, but if it is, aren’t you repeating the mistakes of your father and grandmother?”
