King Charles apparently sent a message to his son, Prince Harry, when he appeared on the balcony of the Buckingham Palace during the color troop.
To mark his official birthday, the monarch joined Prince William and the rest of the members of the royal family on the balcony and apparently sent a message to his separate son, the Duke of Sussex.
