King Charles and Queen Camilla have just visited Pope Francis.
When the royal couple made a trip from the city of the Vatican, a city-stated surrounded by Rome, Italy and the headquarters of the Roman Catholic Church, they met with the head of the platform.
Due to their twenty wedding anniversary, Charles and Camilla received good wishes from the Pope himself.
Taking to their official Instagram, the British monarchs uploaded a photo of them, where you can see Camilla shaking the hand of Pope Francis.
While high holiness was dressed in the usual target, you can see the royal couple wearing elegant black sets.
The legend began: “A special moment for their Majesty while they privately knew their holiness to Pope Francis in the Vatican yesterday.”
“The King and Queen were deeply moved by Pope’s kind comments about his twenty wedding anniversary and honest to share his best wishes for him in person,” he said.
This occurs after King Charles made history by becoming the first British ruler to address a joint session of the Italian Parliament.
