Korn Ferry Tour Ryan McCormick’s mouth closed to help with golf frustrations

Korn Ferry Tour Veteran Ryan McCormick used an unconventional method to try to calm his temperament during the second round of the club’s car championship on Friday.

McCormick, who competed in the PGA tour Last year, but he was relegated to development this year, he has undoubtedly had problems maintaining his composure in the golf course. This week at Landings Golf & Athletic Club in Georgia, he decided to try some new anger management tools.

“I have had not so fun this year in the golf course. Pretty angry and angry, “he said in a video shared by the tour on social networks.” I thought I had tried many things, and I thought I would shut up. Then, I put adhesive tape on my mouth. “

“Too angry in the golf course. I have run out of ideas and I thought about the film a couple of weeks ago,” he added with a smile. “Then, unfortunately, he reduced to that today. I expected it to help me. I can’t say that he did it or not.”

McCormick said the idea arose from his desire to create a better environment for his playmates, who admitted that “it was not fair.”

A great obstacle to his last “solution” was how he would communicate with his caddie. McCormick’s response to that was the method of ancient fashion: pen and paper.

“Mainly just writing the numbers,” he said. “I would simply point out and ask for a reading sometimes. He did the things much simpler, I will tell you that.”

While the jury could be out of how the tape helped its frustrations, it certainly did not affect its game positively.

McCormick fired a 72 and the cut was lost by a few blows. He entered the tournament at number 126 on the list of points and will probably fall more after Friday’s performance.
