The police in Lahore have arrested 20 people, including men and women, for being intoxicated at an organized dance party in a private hotel in Gurumangat Road.
The authorities confiscated bottles of alcohol, smoisha teams, dance posts and sound systems during the raid, which was carried out after a notice received by the Ghalib market station.
Arrested individuals include a mixture of locals and others, such as Aini, Ramla, Shahbaz, Sonam, Nisha Sajad, Umar, Aqsa, Nida, Ajwa, Waqar, Zohaib and Ali Shah.
These people have been reserved under several positions, and the investigations are ongoing.
SP IKHLAQ ALLAH TARAR confirmed that the repression of those who violate the sound act will continue in the future.
