LeBron James faces criticism from the NBA champion for comments

The NBA champion, Kendrick Perkins, gave his critical comments turn about LeBron James after the interview of the Los Angeles Lakers star with Pat Mcafee.

Perkins, who won a championship with the Boston Celtics in 2008, took care of James’s complaint about how the league is covered. The Lakers player told Mcafee that the reason why his podcast began with JJ Redick was because the coverage “had moved away from the essence of the basketball game.”

“You need to stop. LeBron James needs to stop. I’m so fed up with” Oh, how the league is covered, “because he wanted to be covered in a certain way he wants him to be covered,” said the former center of the NBA in “First Toma.”

“This is what is reduced with LeBron.

“And look, I am a big fan of LeBron … the problem I have is, one, everything that comes out of LeBron’s mouth James is not the damn gospel. No. 2, we are in 2025, it is a different era. Damn it, you have to adapt. But here is the thing, the coverage of the NBA, in my opinion, it has been the same since I have reached the naba.”

Perkins pointed out that the stars of the past, including Magic Johnson, Michael Jordan and Allen Iiverson, were strongly criticized while playing, and today’s media are not different.

“In today’s game, these players are so sensitive. So sensitive that it simply doesn’t make much sense.”

He added that the players, when they enter the League, enroll in the good and bad criticisms that it entails.

Perkins played in the NBA for 14 seasons. The last one arrived in 2017-18 when it appeared in a game for the Cleveland Cavaliers. James was also on the list and the team lost to the Golden State Warriors in the NBA finals.
