Los Angeles Lakers and Boston Celtics entered the very anticipated confrontation on Saturday in second place in their respective conferences.
The Lakers have increased in the weeks since the team acquired Luka Doncic. But Boston beat Los Angeles on Saturday and finally celebrated a 111-101 victory. An injury forced LeBron James to leave the game in the last quarter.
Although James did not provide a calendar for his return to the Court, he tried to relieve concerns about the seriousness of the injury.

“There is not much concern,” said James. “Obviously, I am day by day. I will see it every day and see if it improves, and take the appropriate measures to see what I need to do in the future.”
ESPN reported that a tense groin could put aside James for up to two weeks.

James did not return to the court after a waiting time with 6:44 minutes after he challenged a Jaylen Brown tray. On the 21 times there of the NBA was seen walking cautiously to the group and then it barely moved before heading to the costumes with coaches.
James finished the game with 22 points, 14 rebounds and nine assists.

He said that his initial thoughts went to his first season in Los Angeles in 2018, when he suffered an injury to the groin during a Christmas day game against the Golden State Warriors. The next 17 games was lost and the injury bothered him during most of the rest of the season.
“I’ve been there before and I know what kind of injury we are dealing with,” James said. It seems to be sure that its last injury is not as serious as that of 2018.

He also said that he thought of former teammate Anthony Davis, who suffered his current injury in the Ingle in his first game with the Dallas Mavericks after his exchange for Doncic.
“That’s crazy. But I thought of AD,” James said.
Doncic just wants James to give the injury the rest he needs. “Obviously, you have to take your time,” said Doncic. “Those injuries, I will not say they are worse, but they are difficult to treat.”
The defeat of the Lakers against the Celtics ended the streak of eight consecutive victories of Los Angeles. The defeat also left them briefly to third place in the classification of the West Conference. But, he returned to second place after Oklahoma City’s Thunder defeated the Denver Nuggets on Sunday afternoon.
