Chase Infiniti takes home more than just awards for his time working with Leonardo DiCaprio on the critically acclaimed new film. One battle after another.
talking to Page six Winning the National Board of Review’s Breakthrough Performance award in New York, the 25-year-old actress revealed the quiet but lasting advice she received from the Oscar winner while filming the dark comedy thriller released in September 2025.
“I think one of the best pieces of advice I got was, honestly, watching him on set and seeing his gentle leadership and his complete kindness,” Infiniti reflected. “I think this, whether it was something that was told to me directly or not, I think it’s something that I will cherish and carry with me for the rest of my life.”
The breakout actress makes her screen debut as DiCaprio’s daughter in the Paul Thomas Anderson-directed hit, which also stars Sean Penn, Teyana Taylor, Benicio del Toro and Regina Hall.
The role was physically demanding, but she accepted it fully. “A lot of bruises, a lot of cuts, but it was 1,000 percent rewarding,” he said. “It’s an opportunity I won’t take lightly and I’ll make sure not to waste it.”
