LG Electronics is expanding its B2B screen offers with the launch of Ultrafine 40WT95UF, a new 40 -inch curved commercial monitor that is directed to business clients in finance, IT and other data -centered sectors.
The monitor presents a 5K2K resolution (5120×2160) with an aspect ratio 21: 9 and is the first visualization of its kind to withstand Thunderbolt 5.
The screen uses an IPS black panel with a 2000: 1 contrast ratio, admits up to 450 shine nits and offers DisplayHDR 600 certification. It offers 95.0% to 99.0% coverage of the DCI-P3 colors range and a response time of 5 ms.
Two Thunderbolt 5 ports
An update speed of 120Hz and AMD Freesync Premium should help maintain the soft visual output, making the monitor useful for both data analysis and visual content tasks.
The 40WT95UF Ultrafine offers professionals an appropriate extended digital work space to work with large data sets or multiple applications. Image and image image functions per image allow multiple entries to be seen simultaneously, without the need for a second screen.
LG says that financial analysts can see panels and graphics together, while IT professionals can administer the code, deadlines or development environments more easily.
The connectivity options include two Thunderbolt 5 ports, a PORTORT Pants, two HDMI ports, a USB-C Upstream, four USB-C 3.2 downstream, two USB-A 3.2 downstream, a RJ45 port and a headset.
Thunderbolt 5 supports a data transfer of up to 80 Gbps and a 96W power delivery. The support for the Daisy chain allows simpler configurations and less cables.
“LG undertakes to develop advanced screens and integrated IT solutions that meet the evolutionary needs of business clients,” said Ys Lee, IT chief of IT in the LG media entertainment solution company.
“We will continue to offer leading monitors in the industry adapted to the unique requirements of each sector, as well as a wide range of IT products designed to help boost productivity in all industries.”
