Liam Gallagher apologized after annoying fans with a misleading publication.
The first Oasis The leader went to his account X on Monday morning and made fun of a “great announcement at 6 am” that had fans with the hope of tour news or a band meeting.
However, at the scheduled time, he simply published: “work”, with the intention that the publication is fun.
But, the joke did not land well and the fans expressed their disappointment and frustration.
After an overwhelming fans response, Gallagher quickly published an apology.
“If I caused any anguish and annoying someone this morning, sorry deeply,” he wrote. “That was not my intention. I thought it was a bit fun. I was wrong. Please, forgive me.”
When a fan asked if he was serious, Liam replied: “Yes. For all my failures, I honestly don’t want to bother lovely people. I am old and I read the room badly.”
He later said that the incident had been a “true eye opener” and added that he could consider moving from social networks to reflect.
