The Secretary of Education, Linda McMahon, dismissed a warning to those who still allow transgender athletes in girls and women’s sports in a publication on social networks on Tuesday.
President Donald Trump signed the executive order of “No Men In Women’s Sports” in early February to ban biological men to compete in girls and women’s sports. However, some states have refused to comply with the order, while the NCAA, which altered its transinclusion policy, faced criticism for potentially allowing lagoons in their rules.

McMahon put everyone in warning.
“To all entities that continue to allow men to compete in women’s sports and use women’s intimate facilities: there is a new sheriff in the city,” he wrote in X.
“The Trump administration will not allow him to leave his civil rights for a longer time.”
Several athletics associations of the high school did not comply with Trump’s executive order, but the largest dispute has arrived between the Trump administration and the state of Maine, and has only intensified in the months since the order was signed.

Maine legislators send a letter to Trump condemning the Janet Mills government about trans athletes in girls sports policies
On Tuesday, 14 state senators of Maine signed a letter sent to the White House condemning Governor Janet Mills for continuing to support transinclusion in girls and women’s sports. The 14 senators wrote that current Maine policies that allow Trans inclusion violated the family’s educational and privacy rights law, as well as title IX.
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) froze the funds for the State last week, and a reference has been made to the Department of Justice for Trans inclusion continuous in girls’ sports in the state.
Maine officials filed a lawsuit against USDA for the freezing of funds on Monday. Trump and Mills had a public dispute in which Trump promised to see the Democratic governor in court on the subject.
Recently, the Fencing of the United States, Disc Golf and the rowing of the NCAA women have also been criticized for allowing a biological man to compete against women.

Ithaca College was criticized earlier this month for allowing a transgender athlete to compete in his team despite the altered policy of the NCAA. The Trans athlete competed in the Duals of Cayuga, but only in the third university event eight, which is not taken into account in the qualification of the NCAA championship. Ithaca called him a “misunderstanding.”
