Rawalpindi:
The Special Anti -Terror Court (ATC) will carry out a hearing of 11 cases related to violence on May 9, 2023 against 1,279 activists and leaders of the PTI, including the founder of the Imran Khan party and the former Minister of Foreign Affairs, Shah Mahmood Qureshi, on Saturday (today).
The special judge of ATC, Amjad Ali Shah, will hold the hearing in the district courts instead of the Adial prison. During the audience, copies of the Challans would be given to the remaining defendants, who had not received such documents.
These cases include the GHQ Gate 4 attack case, the burning of the construction of a sensitive institution in the Sadar area and the burning of the metropolitan bus station.
