Louis Partridge is opening on his romance with Olivia Rodrigo.
In a new interview with Esquire UK Posted on Thursday, the Enola Holmes The actor reflected on going out with the Grammy winning pop star after almost two years together.
“I have no doubt that we are both in a relationship for the right reason,” said Partridge. “It’s good to know that we can go to things together, and it’s not the craziest in the world … You have a friend at that time.”

Partridge admitted that he was surprised by how much attention he drew his departure from Wimbledon: “I didn’t know that it was going to be a thing. He felt quite public. Olivia and I chose not to be so public … but there is a holiness to be private.”
Speculation about a commitment has revolved in recent weeks after Rodrigo was photographed with a large diamond ring.
While none has confirmed the rumors, jewelry experts estimate that the stone is between 3.5 and 4 carats.
Despite the center of attention, Partridge described himself as an easy boyfriend of “Golden Retriever” and said that Rodrigo has even influenced his musical flavor: “My girlfriend has been trying to get more pop recently. Chappell Roan has been repetition.”
