Luka Doncic will not test the free agencies market. On the other hand, the five times there of the NBA agreed an extension of the contract that will link it with the Los Angeles Lakers until 2028.
Doncic and the Lakers finished a maximum three -year contract extension. ESPN reported, citing an agent, that the agreement was worth $ 165 million. Lakers do not publicly announce the details of the contracts.
The previous contact of the Slovenian superstar included a player option for the 2026-27 campaign.

The Lakers acquired Doncic from the Dallas Mavericks last February in an impressive exit exchange for Anthony Davis.
The five-time All-NBA selection averaged 28.2 points, 8.2 assists and 7.7 rebounds per game last season while associated with LeBron James for 50 victories and the third planted in the playoffs of the West Conference.

The Lakers were eliminated from the postseason dispute after leaving four games to the Minnesota Timberwolves in the first round.
