Lynching of Man Ahmadi: FIR of Police Registry Murder

The Predia Police have registered a case of murder against 15 identified individuals and several unknown suspects after a member of the Ahmadiyya community was lynching by a mafia outside the Ahmadiyya room in the Saddar area of ​​Karachi on Friday afternoon.

According to the preedy police station, Shabbir Hussain Shabbir, the case (FIR No 253/2025) has been housed under sections 302, 147, 148, 149 of the Pakistan Criminal Code, together with section 7 of the Terrorism Law (ATA).

The plaintiff, Abdul Naeem, resident of the Shaheed Benazirab district, told the Police that he had come to Karachi on April 18 to visit the relatives in the residence of his cousin Laiq Ahmed in Tariq Road.

Around 1:30 PM, he received a phone call informing him that his 47 -year -old cousin, Laiq Ahmed, from Nazir Ahmed, had been attacked by a crowd near the Hashoo center, near the Mazda hotel in Saddar, and had been taken to the Civil Hospital.

Naeem said he hastened to the hospital with the members of his family, where doctors confirmed that Laiq had succumbed to their wounds. Later, when he visited the incident site near the room of Ahmadiyya, he learned that a large group had violently surrounded and attacked Laiq around 1:15 pm, leaving it with serious head and facial injuries.
