The buzz that surrounds the New York giants silenced after a nightmare of week 1 against Washington’s commanders, and there may be tension between the chief coach and a star player.
When the first quarter ended, Fox’s transmission caught the open receiver of Malik Nabers and chief coach Brian Daboll in a verbal altercation when the giant offensive sprayed to start the game.
Daboll seemed to be addressing something he did not like Nabers during the previous team of the team, and Nabers LadrĂ³ in his direction. Later, when the team snuggled to return to the field, Daboll approached his star receiver, but Nabers left him hanging when the coach offered a stop.

It is difficult to know exactly what was said between Nabers and Daboll, but taking into account the lack of objectives and the offensive success for the giants, he probably revolved around that frustration at the beginning of the 2025 campaign.
The giants were expected to improve a season in which the owner John Mara made it clear that he needed to see the progress in the record of the defeat in the victory to feel comfortable with the regime in the future.

But New York was similar to last season, since Washington’s defense mutilated the offensive line and pressed the new Russell Wilson field marshal, who had problems in his great blue debut. Wilson was 17 of 37 for 168 yards, connecting with Nabers in five of 12 goals for 71 yards.
Wan’Dale Robinson collected some first key attempts for New York, ending with six trapped for 55 yards in eight goals.

A big problem for New York was his career game, which he fought at all times. Wilson led with 44 yards in eight hauls, while the Tcyrone Tracy Jr., Devin SingleTary and Novato Cam Skattebo runners combined for 30 yards in 15 hauls.
With the non -existent career game, the commanders date back to the offensive line of the giants, and Wilson was nervous at all times.
Last season, Nabers proved to be a field marshal, playing with Daniel Jones, Tommy Devito and Drew Lock while contemplating 1,204 yards in 109 caught with seven touchdowns.

With Wilson as the new team headline, Nabers is expected to be one of the best receptors in the league, but this was not the beginning that he or the giants had in mind in his loss of 21-6 on Sunday.
