Mansoor Judge rejects KP’s Prime Minister

Islamabad:

The Judge of the Supreme Court, Mansoor Ali Shah, rejected Wednesday Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (KP), Prime Minister Ali Amin Gandapur, who sought the intervention of the Court for a meeting with Pakistan Tehreek-E-Insaf (PTI), Imran Khan, in Adiala Jail, telling him that he was nuding the door ” wrong “.

Gandapur appeared in the Court of Justice Shah together with the main leader of the PTI, defender of Latif Khosa and the general defender of KP. Khosa asked the Court to immediately listen to the request of a meeting with the PTI Founder due to the ongoing budget session of the Provincial Assembly.

Gandapur said the budget approval process was ongoing at the KP Assembly. He stressed that the vision of the head of the party was important in the budget. He complained that despite his repeated applications, the meeting between the founder of PTI and the Provincial Budget Committee had not been organized.

On that, Judge Shah commented that the president of the Supreme Court Yahya Aphridi or the registrar of the Supreme Court should be addressed. In addition, he declared that the president of the Supreme Court Afridi was the president of the Practice and Procedure Committee, therefore, approaching time would save time. “You have knocked on the wrong door,” Judge Shah said. “We cannot do anything on the judicial side, the president of the Supreme Court Yahya Afridi is in Lahore, so it is better to approach the registrar or the president of the Supreme Court,” Judge Shah told the KP’s principal minister.
