The Atlanta Police is investigating a shooting near State Pulla Arena during the March Madness Sweet 16 on Friday game between Michigan State and Ole Miss, according to Fox 5 Atlanta.
According to reports, the victim is in intensive care.
The shooting occurred only a few minutes before the start and left a 42 -year -old man from Charlotte, North Carolina, hospitalized.

“The victim was transported to the Graduation Memorial Hospital, where he is currently at the ICU,” said Lieutenant Andrew Smith, commander of the Atlanta Homicide Unit.

“Gray could bring him back to the trauma room, where he was taken to the operating room and is now at the ICU,” said Smith.
The researchers say that a man approached a group of people on an sidewalk and exchanged words before a gun shot, Fox 5 said.
No suspect was in custody at the time of publication.
