Masters 2025: Rory Mcilroy, Bryson Denhambeau approaches Justin Rose


We are in one of the best results of all time in Augusta.

The classification table is full of golfers who have 10 main championships combined in three shots with each other in the upper part, and the players even torque (eight shots) or better have 24 main victories combined.

Fifty -four players made the cut on Friday, and the play has been excellent. The cutting line was only 10 head blows. It is a long shot for those guys, but they are not out of that.

This is what happened in Augusta National at the midpoint of the 89th Masters.

After a double bogy of two of his last four holes on Thursday, Mcilroy was ready to jump. Masó Amen Corner and the entire course, for the case. He shot at 66 under 66 and opened the nine from behind with four three consecutive, including an eagle on 13, and was free of Bogey in the round. Now he sits at 6 bass for the tournament.

Dechambeau came out early, growing three of his first five holes and four of his first eight to reach the second at one point. However, he cooled in nine o’clock behind, firing even torque to finish 4 under the day and sit 7 bass through two rounds.

Justin Rose reached twice 9 for the tournament after the Birdies in par 3 12 and 16. But he lazy 17 and won only one stroke in his second round. It has a single shot.

However, by the time those three golfers ended, the current champion Scottie Scheffler spent only seven holes, and no one is safe when he is in the field. But he had an inconsistent day, placing six birdies and five bogeys. In general, he joined up to 1 under the day, and he is three behind Rose.

However, Dechambeau was not the only Liv star who has triggered a low number. Tyrrell Hatton found himself right in the heart. Other big names at a surprising distance include Viktor Hovland and Jason Day in 4 bass; Ludvig Aberg, Hideki Matsuyama, Patrick Reed and Collin Morikawa at 3 -und; and Xander Schauffele, Tommy Fleetwood and Brian Harman six in 2 bass.

The main champions in 1 -under or even include Bubba Watson, Justin Thomas, Matt Fitzpatrick and Wyndham Clark.
