New Orleans – Maxx Crosby is optimistic, and with Pete Carroll on board as the new chief coach of the Raiders of Los Vegas, the defensive wing could not be more excited about the future.
Star Edge corridor spoke with Pak Gazette Digital on Radio Row in New Orleans before Super Bowl Lix, and although he enjoys his time among his teammates, he also wants to play in the “Great Game” one day.
Carroll has raised the Lombardi trophy once as a chief coach in the NFL, while with the Seattle Seahawks, and also won two national championships during his time training at the university.

That pedigree of the championship is what Crosby believes that Raiders need at this time.
“I think it’s quite simple: he has done it. He has done it many times on both levels, the university and the NFL,” Crosby said when asked why Carroll was the right man for the coach in Chief of the Raiders , while promoting your association with Saxx underwear in the radio row.

“I think he does an incredible job doing that. I still have to experiment that yet, but just be around him for a couple of weeks, the guy doesn’t stop.”
Crosby offered an example of how fun Carroll is again inside a NFL building.
“This is a team, this is a culture, it is about competing,” he began. “That is what he preaches and lives. I have been able to see it so far, but it is fun. They listen to guys, I am talking to one of the boys from the main office, and he says ‘,’ Yes, I have this JBL speaker – [Carroll] He gave everyone a speaker. I climb the stairs and sound as if a fraternity house is happening. There is music hitting all the time and things. I love that. I am like that.
