Islamabad:
The flood forecast division (FFD) reported on Friday that a low -to -medium flood was expected in the Jhelum and Chenab rivers during the next 24 hours.
According to the latest hydro-meteorological conditions, floods of low-to-medium level are expected in the Jhelum river in Mangla (upstream) and the Chenab River in Marala, Khanki and Qadirabad during the next 24 hours.
Interested authorities have been urged to stay alert and take the necessary precautions to prevent any potential risk.
The low villages could be affected even by a medium level flood in the rivers.
