Meghan Markle is accused of being “obsessed” with her royal image.
The Duchess of Sussex, who has returned to Instagram this year, must stop being part of “both camps” as she enjoys her association with the British line of succession.
Royal expert Phil Dampier told The Sun: “They worked like royals and then decided not to participate.”
“Their problem is that they have tried to have their cake and eat it all the time and tried to have a foot in both sides.
“You know they’re still in the line of succession, pretty high up in the line of succession, as are their children.
“Of course Meghan doesn’t, but Harry does, and his children do. They still have this kind of foot in each other.
“That is the basic problem that I am sure King Charles and the courtiers will be wrestling with as we move forward.
He noted: “If they overdo it in commercialization, if they overdo it in more insults to the Royal Family, then maybe they have to rethink it.”
“But at the moment they are getting their way by both being in the line of succession, keeping their titles and doing their own thing.”
