Meghan Markle shared a personal message while reflecting on the conversation with Cassandra Morales Thurswell.
After the launch of the last episode of his podcast, Confessions of a female founder On Tuesday, Meghan has opened about ‘change’.
Taking Instagram Stories on Friday, the Duchess of Sussex published a video clip of herself, where she frankly discussed the last episode of her podcast.
Meghan, wife of Prince Harry, said in the video: “I’m not sure if you’ve updated in the episode of confessions of a female fomen this week. But it’s so good.”
“And it reminds me of this event that ‘Wherever you are going’ and that is how my conversation with Cassie …” added referring to Cassandra, whom he received in the last episode as a guest speaker.
Meghan then added: “Because more than twenty years later, much has changed and yet we are very equal.”
The Duchess of Sussex, who launched her confessions of a female Founder podcast on April 8, 2025, launches a new episode every Tuesday.
In the last episode, Meghan had a conversation with his former stylist turned into CEO of the Cassandra hair and beauty brand.
During his conversation, Meghan Markle also reflected on the moment he was actively auditioning for roles and turned to Cassie to get help for the costumes.
“I said: ‘Cassie, can you help do this elegant and give me an atmosphere?’ To which you said: ‘Yes’, Meghan, famous for his role as costumes, before his marriage to Prince Harry.
“I had no idea what I was doing, but I really enjoyed our time together, it was very fun,” Meghan Markle added.
