Meghan Markle seemed to have listened to critics by urging her to step back and leave Prince Harry just to shine in the Invictus games in Canada.
According to the latest reports, the Duchess of Sussex is ready to return to California to the two children of the couple, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.
“This was always planned. Meghan goes home to be with his children,” said a source. “Meghan left the games in Dusseldorf early after five days to go home.”
They added: “This is Prince Harry’s event and she is there to support him, but this was planned.”
This occurs after public relations expert Edward Coram James suggested that he should have let Harry take the center of attention.
The Duchess of Sussex spent five days at the event, supporting Harry as the affectionate moments shared and publishing about her experience on Instagram.
While some fans and critics praised their participation, critics argued that they distract from the games.
Talking about the matter, James told the The mirror, “Meghan should leave Harry Games.
“Its joint brand has been contaminated over the years, not through any fault of its own, but due to the unfortunate public relations.
“The presence of Meghan was always going to be a lost situation, damn it if I did, damn if he did not. But ultimately, it is a distraction for many people.”
