Meghan Markle seems to be using her podcast to deal with some of the difficult times she passed during her pregnancies, an expert claimed.
In a recent episode of his podcast, Confessions of a female founder, The Duchess of Sussex talked about using high heels while she was very pregnant and how to take care of two young children can feel overwhelming.
“I always use my five -inch and punctual tip tiletos,” Meghan said. “You have the most huge bulge and your little ankles are preparing in these high heels …
“So how the hell I’m not just flying, you know, planting my face? I was clinging to my husband very closely, as, please, don’t let me fall.”
He added: “People forget that Lili is three years old, and Archie is five years old. So you look at the last five, six years of my life, it is, with being pregnant or with a newborn or with a small child, and then another.”
The psychologist Stefan Walters believes that Meghan can be sharing these memories to help feel better for that time, which was not always easy for her.
“Women often romanticize and enjoy that stage of pregnancy and have a newborn baby, and they really want to share that with the world in general because it can be such unique and beautiful moment,” Walters told The mirror.
He added that talking about his last struggles could now be his way of making peace with the past and remembering things more positively.
“There is an element of having a second chance here,” Walters said. “Pregnancy was a difficult and painful moment for them, sometimes it seemed to be fighting. It was not necessarily associated with many happy memories.
“Then, now maybe he feels that he can create and relive some happy memories about pregnancy and the first years of his children’s life.”
