Mia Goth spoke about her nerves during her first meeting with Christopher Nolan.

In a recent podcast episode of Happy Sad Confusedhe Pearl The star admitted that during her audition for the Oscar-winning director’s film, she felt sick with anxiety.
“I found out that Chris wanted to meet me. I remember driving to Universal and being so nervous I wanted to throw up,” Goth recalled.
He MaXXXine The actress added: “I tried to tell myself what a privilege it is to even feel this, you know, you’re so nervous you want to be sick. And then I went in and did the audition and then I got the job.”
Describing the confidentiality of the film at the time, Goth said he was given a “dummy” script to audition and was not allowed to know the character he was playing.
“Then I found out that I had to take the job before I could read the script and figure out what the role was. So it was a new process,” he shared. “So I said, ‘Yeah, I’m in.’ And then they gave me the script.”
Goth will play the maiden Melantho, who is disloyal to Odysseus’ house and is ultimately punished for her betrayal.
In addition to Goth, the film also features Anne Hathaway, Matt Damon, Tom Holland, Zendaya, Robert Pattinson and many more.
