Miami Hurricanes soccer player, Adarius Hayes, faces multiple serious positions after an investigation into a vehicle accident in Florida left three dead people.
The supporter has been accused of three charges of vehicular homicide and a reckless driving charge with serious bodily injuries. In May, the police determined that Hayes was the driver of the fatal accident of two cars.
In response to the positions, the Miami football team confirmed that Hayes “has been suspended indefinitely of all activities related to athletics by policy of the Athletics Department.” The Athletics Department offered no more comments.

Hayes surrendered to the police on Friday morning in Largo, Florida, authorities said. According to the records, Hayes was admitted to the Pinellas County prison. It was not clear immediately if he retained the services of a lawyer.

The researchers previously revealed that a 78 -year -old woman was one of the victims, while two children, 10 and 4 years old, also lost their lives in the accident. The three victims were traveling in a Kia soul, which crashed with a Dodge Durango.

The children were expelled from the vehicle, the police said, and the investigators then discovered that Hayes was “maneuvering aggressively through traffic shortly before the accident.” It led to 78.9 mph in an area of 40 MPH at that time, police said.
A fourth passenger in the KIA was hospitalized with serious injuries.
“The investigation concluded that the atrocious speed of Adarius Hayes, the aggressive and reckless changes, and the complete contempt for the surrounding traffic conditions demonstrated an intentional and deliberate contempt for the security of others, constituting reckless conduction. These actions directly led to the tragic death of the three victims,” said the police in a statement.

The Kia, the police said, was “legally executing a left turn” when Hayes’s vehicle “made a fast and dangerous maneuver” and crashed into the car.
Hayes appeared in 12 games during his first season in Miami. It was a four -star recruit that left High School and chose Miami after attracting interest from Florida, Florida State, Alabama, Georgia, Michigan, Notre Dame and Ohio State, among others.
