Mulgheta is the president of Sports de Team in first athletes, a full service management company that represents players, trainers, staff and broadcasters. Mulugheta represents dozens of NFL players.
He has been in the conversations center for numerous notable contracts for its clients, including the unprecedented guaranteed contract of Deshaun Watson with the Cleveland Browns.

Jones promoted his negotiation skills when he remembered previous situations with former star players.
“Frankly, most people who negotiate with me will tell you that it was better than negotiating with anyone else, Stephen [Jones] or anyone involved. This is not uncommon.
