It is no secret that ESPN programming looks very different now than about 10 years ago.
A network that constantly flooded spectators with some of the best outstanding aspects of the previous day has become many conversation shows such as “First Toma”, “Get Up”, “NFL Live” and “The Pat McAfee Show”.
Such changes have even captured the attention of former First Lady Michelle Obama, who said he can’t help feeling that he is watching reality television when he turns on the channel.

“Everything is a sociological study. They think that sports are better reality shows, I am like, ‘it’s the same.’ If I hear ESPn for an hour, it’s like seeing the ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’, you know?” Obama said in the podcast “imo” of his brother Craig. “It is the same drama, and they are shouting at each other, and they don’t get along, you know? I mean, Stephen A. Smith, he is like all …”
Two of the hosts joked that he would be perfect for the show.
“So, that’s why I say, ‘What is the difference?’ It’s alone, you know, it’s just a sociological drama, “Obama added. “I mean, the fact that people during work seasons still can’t get along. They still have the same arguments, you know, and they are not just women. But this also happens in sports. I find it fascinating.”

ESPN recently canceled “around the horn” after more than 20 years, with one of his former analysts, Jay Marriotti, claiming that he had woken up too much.
In one of his final episodes, a former panelist who returned, Kate Fagan, said “Trans children deserve sports.”
