Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 Officially will arrive at PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 5 Pro at the end of this year, which makes it the first of the series to obtain a launch of the Sony console.
Announced during the game state of September 24, the now former exclusive Xbox title will fly in the PS5 and PS5 Pro on December 8, 2025.
It is also confirmed that the support for PSVR 2 will arrive at some point in 2026 as a free update.
This version will also take advantage of the characteristics of the PS5 Dualsense wireless controller, such as adaptive triggers that respond to different speeds and surface types, and the controller speaker that will act as the communications output of air traffic control (ATC).
The Gyro of the PAD controls, the light bar support and the customizable tactile panel will also further improve the immersive flight experience.
To coincide with the launch of PS5, players can also fly the first supersonic civil plane in the United States, demonstrator XB-1 of Boom Supersonic, for the first time.
