- Microsoft has revealed some new intelligent features for co -pilot+ pcs
- Windows 11 is obtaining an AI agent to help you easily adjust the configuration
- A lot of other features are approaching (in the tests), which include the narrator on, the application of photos and the cut tool
Copilot+ PC owners are obtaining some very useful presentations for Windows 11, including the functionality that Microsoft has been promising for a long time, AI’s ability to change the configuration for you in the operating system.
Microsoft covers all the presentations you are making in a blog post: Note that all these additions will be only in tests (for now), as well as recapitulating a lot of other characteristics that have already been seen in the tests.
The key introduction for many (leaving the full version of the retirement, finally, and more) will be the change for the application configuration that an AI agent brings.
This takes the form of a bar at the top of the configuration panel in which you can write natural language consultations. The idea is to eliminate all the pain of adjusting the various configurations in Windows 11, of which there is a ton (and a half).
So, as an example, if you want to make the mouse cursor bigger, instead of looking for ‘mouse’ in the normal configuration search bar, you can ask the AI and simply write a consultation: “How do I make my pointer of Mouse bigger?”
You can express it in any way you want (within the reasonable), and the AI must superficial of the option you need to click to enable it. Or you can go further and make suggestions on which environment you can choose (as a recommended size for the pointer in the previous example). When it comes to such recommendations, the obvious warning is included that AI can be wrong.
The AI capacity to make radical changes in Windows 11 has been something that Microsoft has been talking since it first introduced co -pilot to the operating system. And although these are smaller adjustments, instead of adjusting large options of options, it is still a very ingenious movement, and probably a safer way to work (for now, certainly) given the propensity to the AI to make mistakes sometimes.

Watch the YouTube video up to watch the function in action. However, keep in mind that this functionality is reaching co -pilot+ PCs with Snapdragon X Chips just to start (in the tests, as mentioned), but it should not spend much time before it arrives for devices with AMD or Intel processors.
There are some other notable features for Copilot+ PCs here (also in the tests), and I will take a look below.
1. Return your photos

Attend
The photos in Windows 11 is obtaining dynamic lighting controls that are facilitated by AI (and the NPU in its co -pilot+ PC).
This allows you to correct poor lighting in an image, or simply play with different lighting effects (or even rare), using up to three light sources.
Look at the example of adjustment shown in the previous video (where another feature, object selected in paint, is also shown).
2. Easy screenshots with heavy work

Attend
The cut tool is obtaining a new function of ‘perfect screen capture’. He invokes this and can frame an area of the screen you want to capture, and the AI will resort to the key part that (supposes) that you want to capture the screenshot.
Check it in the previous sample video clip: this could be another substantial Timesover. If the AI is wrong, there are also handles to adjust the wandering crop.
3. The narrator turns on
The Windows 11 screen reading tool is receiving an impulse, as Microsoft explains: “Narrator now offers descriptions of rich images, which provide a detailed context for images that include pictures, photos and elements of the user interface.”
What this means is that where the web content has no alternative text provided, words that can be read to describe an image for those who cannot see it, the narrator can do so.
This should be a big step forward with accessibility for Windows 11 blind (or low vision). As with the configuration AI agent, this functionality comes (in tests) to co -pilot+ PC with Snapdragon X chips before other models.
