- Microsoft has increased the commitment to its error rewards program
- Payments can now be as high as $ 30,000
- In some cases, payment can be even higher
Microsoft reveals that it is now prepared to pay up to $ 30,000 in rewards to people who discover vulnerabilities of AI in its dynamics 365 and Power Platinum.
The company recently updated its rewards program with the new information.
“We invite individuals or organizations to identify security vulnerabilities in the applications of the Dynamics 365 platform and the specific power platform and share them with our team. The qualified presentations are eligible for rewards for rewards of $ 500 to $ 30,000 USD,” the company said.
Second increase
Microsoft is willing to disburse for inference manipulation failures, model manipulation and dissemination of inferential information. Vulnerabilities must be important or critical in their severity.
“To be eligible for AI Bounty awards, such vulnerability must be a critical or important gravity as defined in the Microsoft vulnerability severity classification for AI and reproducible systems in a product or service in scope and products services.”
Dynamics 365 is a set of integrated commercial applications that combines CRM and ERP capabilities, while Power Platform is a low -code development set that allows users to analyze data, create applications, automate workflows and create chatbots using Power BI, power applications, power automation and virtual feeding agents.
If $ 30,000 does not seem much money for such vulnerabilities, it may be worth mentioning that Microsoft is also willing to pay more, depending on the impact and severity of the informed vulnerabilities, as well as the quality of the presentation.
This is the second time in 2025, Microsoft has increased Bounty’s rewards.
In mid -February 2025, the company announced that it was ‘improving security and encouraging innovation’ updating its co -driver’s error reward program (AI) and raising the reward for $ 5,000.
Software companies use software rewards in collaboration with security researchers to eliminate vulnerabilities that could otherwise be exploited by threat actors, and Microsoft even executes their own black hat event with up to $ 4 million in possible prizes for cloud failures and AI.
