- Microsoft Teams is working on variable notification sizes
- With luck, the new incorporation must minimize the interruption while working
- All users of Microsoft teams must benefit from launch
Being distracted by emerging windows of Microsoft’s teams in Microsoft could soon be a thing of the past, thanks to a new update that comes to the service soon.
The videoconference platform has revealed that it is working to add a function that will allow users to adjust the size notifications of the equipment.
Once launched, this tool should mean that users are safe that emerging distraction windows look like the corner of their eye when they work, something that I know I have definitely been a victim in the past.
Microsoft equipment notification sizes
In a Microsoft 365 road map publication, the company explained that the function will simply give users the opportunity to “change the size of the equipment.”
This includes a new “compact” size, which the company says, “occupies less space on the user’s screen and offers a clean and minimalist design.”
That is all the details that we currently have in the characteristic itself, which we assume that will be accessible from the configuration menu or the preferences list.
The function appears as “in development”, but has a start date of programmed implementation of July 2025, so users do not have too much time to wait. When it is launched, it will be available for users around the world using equipment in Windows, Mac, Android and iOS.
The launch is the last one of a series of recent improvements to the Microsoft equipment announced by the company, since it seeks to improve the experience for users.
This includes an adjustment that will allow several people to control the slides that are presented at a meeting or called.
Microsoft says that the addition will mean that presenters can maintain “a soft flow during web meetings or seminars”, hopefully, which means that the end of manual changes of slides, and hopefully, the phrase “next slide please.”
He also recently announced that he would add a noise suppression for participants who mark a call, which should mean the end of the interruptions of calls potentially that are divided into the ear, or the participants who are sorden by the background noise of another person in the call.
The platform also revealed that it is implementing the “improved spelling corrector”, giving users the tools to ensure that their messages are as precise as possible.
