Microsoft has announced that the prices of all consoles, accessories and Xbox software are increasing.
In a new support publication today, Microsoft confirmed that as of May 1, the prices of its Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S will see an increase worldwide, with the United States obtaining a large hiking of $ 100.
Some controllers are also being adjusted for at least $ 10 worldwide, while devices such as adaptive controller and adaptive joystick will remain the same, but the price of headphones is only uploading in the United States and Canada.
Although the cost of the games is not changing at this time, the company said that the price of some of its new games will be adjusted to $ 79.99 from this holiday season, matching the price of certain titles of Nintendo Switch 2.
In the questions and answers, Microsoft confirmed that this will apply to physical and digital versions, but “different games and expansions will continue to be offered to a variety of price points.”
It also seems that the cost of the Xbox game will remain the same.
